sports in Asia by nurturing sporting talent through age groups 7-25+. Celadon Sports
captures sporting talent through educational institutions i.e. School, College,
from Communities i.e. Little League and Gully Cricket from entertainment sports
like Beach sports
Celadon Sports believes that with the rise of Asia, the time is not far where professional
sports in Asia will produce the best talent but it is imperative to groom the talent
at all stages and from all areas
We believe the very foundation of sports lies in creating a interest from childhood.
However that is only possible with active encouragement from parents and parents
will only encourage if they see sports finding a place of pride in communities.
Once that interest and participation has been built up it is only natural that children
will take active part in sports at the school and college level. However in India’s
school and college history, we have been unable to produce sportsmen of international
caliber given the lack of a clear path for sportsmen and lack of sports as a career
path. By creating the School League and College league, we have created a professional
system of grooming sportsmen with adequate capital commitments from franchisees,
sponsorship, licensing,merchandising and other rights. We have also provided a clear
path for those who rise to a global level at the school and college level to choose
sports as a very lucrative career path by being picked up by the talent scouts of
the “Premier League”
